Kodomo No Kao

KODOMO NO KAO was founded by Hisako Nakamura who began working in the Japanese toy industry in the early 1970s. By 1974, she founded her own toy company and designed wooden toys.

In 1983, Hisako started to sell rubber stamps.  Kodomo no Kao stamps are intricately carved with fine attention to detail, these stamps are also beautifully presented. Each set has its
own theme and can be used to create collages and stories to enliven any piece of paper or card.
Today, KODOMO NO KAO leads the market with new designs, ideas and products.
In Japanese, " Kodomo no kao" means the look on a young person's face when they are absorbed in play.
