33 Roasts is a one-of-a-kind roasting log that provides an easy way to record the coffees you roast in an orderly and professional format. With this coffee roasting notebook, it’s easy to keep your roast notes in one place for posterity, bound in a softcover format that lays flat and wears well.
33 Roasts is a little larger than the regular 33 Books series measuring 12.7cm wide and 17.8cm high, giving you extra space to capture your roasts.
A teeny, tiny amount of real freshly-roasted coffee is added to the ink in each new edition, which is cryptically noted on the back.

33 Roasts is packed with features to help you manage your roasts, including a unique table for logging time and temperature during your roast. You can record gas (or “power” for electric roasters) and airflow at key milestones in your roast, as well as bean temperature.
When you’ve finished your roast, turn that table into a visual roast profile, mapping your bean temp to time, and create a visual plot. A Brazilian Catui Vermelho roasted just past first crack on a Probat L12 is shown in the table.
